A 78th minute equalizer from Cameroon striker Clinton Njie helped current Ligue 1 leaders Olympique Lyonnais restored their two-point lead at the top of the log.
Olympique Lyonnais’ host FC Lorient had earlier taken the lead thanks to a goal from Jordan Ayew at the 50th minute.
Njie’s goal came after a cross from his compatriot Henri Bedimo which met Njie who beat Lecomte with a low shot that was deflected off a defender.
This is the second goal from Njie in as many games 12 minutes from time to put OL on 51 points from 25 games two ahead of Olympique de Marseille and Paris St German who were also held to draws at the weekend.
Since the Lyon missed their top scorer Alexandre Lacazette due to injury, Njie has started their last three games and have scored in two.
