The preliminary round of the 19th edition of the CAF Orange Champions League 2015 and the 12th Orange CAF Confederation Cup kicks off weekend with second leg games scheduled for 27, 28 February and March 1, 2015.

A total of 58 clubs entered the Champions League with 56 in the Confederations Cup.

In the CAF Champions League, holders ES Setif are exempted from the preliminary round together with Cotonsport, AC Leopards, Al Ahly, TP Mazembe and Tunisian sides CSS and EST.

Exempted from the preliminary round of the CAF Confederations Cup are Asec Mimoas, Zamalek, Djoliba, 2014 Champions League finalists AS Vita, Orlando Pirates, Ahli Shendi and Tunisian sides Club Africaine and ESS.

The three remaining Cameroon clubs will clash in the preliminaries.

In the Champions League duel, 2014 Vice Champion Cosmos of Bafia will face Kampala City Council FC in Kampala on Saturday February,14, 2015.

At the Douala Reunification stadium, Panthere will welcome Rayon Sports of Rwanda on Saturday while Unisport will confront Olympic of Ngore in Senegal.

Matches for the 1/16 round will be played on the 13, 14, 15 of March with second leg games on 03, 04, 05 of April and 1/8 games to decide who gets into the group stages set for 17, 18, 19 of April for first leg games and second leg games on 01, 02, 03 of May 2015.

For the CAF Confederation Cup’s second 1/8 round, first leg matches are set for 15, 16, 17 of May with second leg on 05, 06, 07 of June 2015.
