Basil Afoni-Cameroon’s mask man, Vincent Aboubakar opened his goal scoring account at the 76th minute in his first ever Champions League debut with Portuguese side, FC Porto.
This was in their Champions League group stage against Bate Borisov at the Estádio Do Dragão, Porto.
Aboubakar who was introduced in the second half of the game, looked hungry for goals and grabbed a deserved goal with a precision finish in to the corner to write his name in the Champions League goal scoring chart.
His side ended the game on 6-0 goal feast against their visitors, Bate Borisov with other goals coming from Y. Brahimi 5′, 32′, 57′, J. Martínez 37′ and Adrián 61′.
Another debutant, Adrian Lopez scored his first goal since joining from Atletico Madrid ensuring that Porto comfortably recorded their biggest Champions League victory in what was their 200th appearance in Europe’s greatest tourney.
On his part, another Cameroonian, Eric Chopou Moting, also made his first champions League appearance in his side’s 1-1 draw against Chelsea at Stanford Bridge.
