Cameroonian supporters would be able to get free visas to Brazil for the 2014 World Cup, but only if they have match tickets, the Brazilian Ambassador to Cameroon,H.E. Nei Futuro Betencourt, has said.
The Brazilian Ambassador to Cameroon told the press at the Muna Foundation today that there would be no restrictions to those who wish to get visas, but the condition is that they should have match tickets.
Going by the Ambassador, the visas are valid for 90 days renewable once for the same length of time. He called on Cameroonian who have a least a match ticket, to get to the embassy to obtain visas for free. “There is no affluence in the request for the visas at the moment”, he stated.
Concerning the state of readiness, Benencourt said three stadia are not yet uncompleted though on the way to completion before the World Cup from June 12-July 13.
