Two Cameroonians, Henri Bedimo of Olympic Lyonnais and Vincent Aboubakar of FC Lorient have been enlisted among 11 players for the 2014 Marc-Vivien Foe Award to compensate the best League 1 player.
Organised by the French media, Radio France International and France24, the title was won last year by Gabonese Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
Winger, Bedimo though in and out of injury this year, has been is a key player in club, having played 29 matches, with a goal to his credit while striker, Aboubakar has scored 13 goals in his 29 matches played and and has been in good shape helping the club lately.
Only one of the shortlisted players would eventually be designated for the award to be discerned on May 12.
