Carl Enow Ngatchu, Coach of Yong Sport Academy, Yosa of Bamenda, has said his club is on a good footing after the day nine game of League I.

Yosa defeated Tonnerre Kalara Club, TKC 1-0 at the Amadou Ahidjo Stadium on Sunday.

After the game Enow spoke to saying he knew the game against TKC was going to be difficult. “But, the players put in their best and I congratulate them”, he said.

“TKC is a very good team, they made things difficult for us, but the championship is long and I think in the days ahead TKC would regain its status” he added.

Enow said, Yosa still has a difficult match against Sable of Batie, though hopeful they are going to win with support from fans at home.

After the sixth playing day Yosa had difficulties after bagging home seven points. “It is true that we performed poorly against New Stars but we are the good footing after beating TKC”.

Enow expressed fears that the competition may experience some problems with rumours of strike in some clubs.

Jude Konyuy, Yosa captain who played last season for Union of Douala for his part was happy with the victory. “We knew it was going to be a tough game but we needed a goal and when it came we were happy”.
