Volker Finke in a ceremony to unveil the World Cup preparatory programme outlined a detailed programme of the Indomitable Lions.

Following the programme, Finke would kick-start his preparations for the 2014 World Cup with a selection camp for the local players on February 3-6, if the programme is respected.

The Lions go to camp in Paris with 30 players in preparation for the friendly against Portugal on March 5.

Two friendly matches, one billed for May 26 with a team of former Yugoslavian and on May 28 with another team from Central Europe.

On June 1, the Lions would play a friendly against Germany in Poland and the coach would published his list of the 23 players to take part in the World Cup a day after the match on June 2.

The players would rest for two days on June 2 and 3 and have a farewell training at the Amadou Ahidjo stadium on June 4 prior departure to Brazil.
